Terms & Conditions of Purchase

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made from Lynn Mae Jewelry (“Lynn Mae,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies incorporated into them.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and successful payment authorization.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Lynn Mae Jewelry reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing or inventory errors, misuse of promotional offers, or other circumstances affecting the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.

Most orders are processed within 1–7 business days, although certain products may require additional time due to availability, preparation, customization, production, or other product-specific requirements.

If we reasonably expect your order to require more than 7 business days to process, Lynn Mae Jewelry will contact you with an update.

Business days generally exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping or transit time. Shipping time begins after an order has completed processing and has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier.

Product Information

Lynn Mae Jewelry makes reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products, including their materials, measurements, colors, finishes, and appearance.

Because many Lynn Mae pieces may incorporate natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, shells, glass, crystals, handmade components, individually manufactured elements, or other materials with inherent variation, individual pieces may vary slightly in color, shape, size, pattern, texture, or finish.

These natural or production-related variations are part of the individual character of a piece and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product colors and appearance may also vary slightly due to lighting, photography, computer displays, mobile devices, and individual screen settings.

Product Measurements

Product measurements are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Minor variations may occur because of handmade construction, natural materials, manufacturing tolerances, or differences in measuring methods.

Unless otherwise stated, measurements should be considered approximate.

Availability & Limited Quantities

Many Lynn Mae Jewelry products may be available in limited quantities.

The appearance of an item on our website does not guarantee that the item remains available.

If merchandise becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may cancel the affected item or portion of the order and issue a refund for the amount paid for the unavailable merchandise.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact Lynn Mae Jewelry as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered processing, preparation, customization, packaging, or shipping, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information when placing an order.

Please contact Lynn Mae Jewelry as soon as possible if you discover an error in your order information.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Delivery dates, shipping estimates, and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and are not guaranteed.

Lynn Mae Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, transportation interruptions, governmental actions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Shipping or transit time begins only after your order has completed processing and has been transferred to the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery is also subject to that carrier’s operations, policies, and service conditions.

If an order appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or experiences a significant delivery problem, please contact Lynn Mae Jewelry promptly so that we can assist with any available carrier investigation, claim, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this section is intended to waive any rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable law.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Returns, exchanges, repairs, replacements, and warranty claims are governed by Lynn Mae Jewelry’s current Return Policy and Warranty Policy, along with any product-specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Customers should review those policies before completing an order.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, improper storage, exposure to damaging chemicals or conditions, and unauthorized alterations or repairs may not qualify as product defects or warranty claims.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Jewelry Care

Jewelry should be handled, worn, cleaned, and stored with reasonable care.

Certain metals, finishes, stones, pearls, crystals, glass, and other materials may be affected by water, perfumes, cosmetics, lotions, hairspray, household chemicals, perspiration, cleaning products, environmental conditions, or improper storage.

Any care instructions provided with a product should be followed whenever applicable.

Pricing & Website Errors

Lynn Mae Jewelry makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product information and pricing.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, incorrect prices, inaccurate descriptions, inventory errors, promotional errors, technical issues, or other website mistakes.

If an error affects an order that has already been placed, Lynn Mae Jewelry may contact the customer before proceeding with the affected portion of the order.

If merchandise was sold at an incorrect price because of a website, system, or data-entry error, we may cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, special pricing, and sales may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, quantity restrictions, or availability limitations.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount offers may not be combined.

Lynn Mae Jewelry reserves the right to discontinue or modify a promotion where permitted by law.

Electronic Communications

These Terms & Conditions and purchases from Lynn Mae Jewelry are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent legally permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

These Terms & Conditions, together with Lynn Mae Jewelry’s applicable Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, product-specific disclosures, and any other policies expressly incorporated into the purchase, constitute the agreement between the customer and Lynn Mae Jewelry concerning that transaction.
